What Members Thought
The book revolves around the perspective of seeing organisation or product goals in terms of 'jobs to be done' and is an interesting read. We've tried something similar in an old team and reading this book with all the examples in different industries and the possibilities of competition not existing just between similar lines of products, but also across categories or fundamental habits of daily life, certainly opens doors to some new lines of thought.
