For the record, I really don't like the back cover blurb. It wouldn't interest me at all if I wasn't already a fan of most of the authors herein. Stories are reviewed individually as well as an overall comment at the end.

I picked up this book because I've read/heard of several of the authors, and short story anthologies are pretty cool.
"Falling to Ash" by Karen Mahoney - It wasn't a strong as a beginning to the anthology as I would have liked. I did like reading her "About Author" snippet at the end of the book. Yeah, I agree with wanting to be Buffy so you could kiss both Angel and Spike. :-P Though I wouldn't have minded being Tara, either. She's a sweet person and though she got screwed over majorly, she was ...more

Again, I didn't love it, but I enjoyed a few of the short stories. One of my favorite authors was featured in here, Maria V Snyder and I liked her story a lot! Of course, she wouldn't be one of my favorite authors if I didn't enjoy her writing style.

Actually it's 13 tales of Vampires and I scored an advance reading copy (a perk of being one of the 13 authors) - actually 3 ARCs and I plan to give two away in July - watch my blog for more details :)

This book was made for me! lol ~I mean 13 tales of amazing kisses!! Hummmm…Hello?!?!?!? Soooo good! A must read for those that love a book that makes their heart race! It also introduced me to some new authors as well!
I enjoyed almost all of the stories. It is a good mix of my favorite authors and new ones.
