I really enjoyed this book! I love how at the beginning Snyder does a brief recap of Inside Out. During the recap she does use the ISBN number for Inside Out which I totally loved, it was just plain genius!
At the beginning I found Trella to be a bit more childish. After all that she did in Inside Out I would expect her to act a bit more adult like...however Snyder does remind us that she is only 17, and I had to keep that in mind. After all I also did some pretty childish stuff at 17 too. Trell ...more

It's been too long since I read Inside Out, so I went and did that first. Diving into Outside In was much more fun with all the details present. This book did not disappoint! I read over 250 pages in one sitting and finished the rest the next morning. Couldn't put it down. Now that we know what "outside" is, there is still so much to be known about "inside" and how this place came to be. Well, someone else seems to know a bit of the history and they are going to make themselves known. It is acti

I've always enjoyed Maria's novels, so when Inside Out came out, I was ecstastic that she had written a dystopian novel. And even more excited when there was to be a follow up. The first book was really good and this follow up novel was pretty good as well. I like the ending the best, which I will not spoil. These books should be turned into movies they were so well done and had the perfect balance of action and romance. This book had some interesting twists and turns and really forced Trella to

I have been waiting with much anticipation for this book to come out since I read the first one in this series, Inside Out. And Snyder didn't disappoint! These are among the most original, captivating, clever books I have ever read. I highly recommend them.

Well, like all of Maria's books, I loved this one. I have been moving and other stuff so I couldn't get to this right away, but once I opened it I couldn't put it down! I love the evolution of Riley and Trella's relationship. I love the character dynamics and not really knowing which characters are good, which are bad and how they all relate to the plot. I don't know if she plans to write another one, but I'm sure I'll love that as much!

i liked it. but it failed to explain the reasons behind the plot. just 1 simple reason wasnt enough for me....the same question from the start of the first book...why are they there? still wasnt answered...i needed more details..more juice. however, i did grow to love the characters..just not enough plot development. i would love to see a 3rd book with more answers then maybe the series as a whole would be 4-5 stars ;)

Yay! I really liked this. However, I do wish it hadn't ended quite so nicely, or quite so quickly. I was really hoping for an Upside Down and a Downside Up. ;)
