Fantastic book looking at the good and bad there is in everyone. Symbolised more obviously by the destruction of an innocent village by the Rambos and redskins but also by how Mr Watts fails to live up to the narators 'great expectations' and ultimately disappoints her. The use of great expectations was very well intergrated into the story.
