Sabaa Tahir's book definitely captured me from page one and - like my typical self - lost time engrossed reading to find out where these plot twists were heading. I didn't know what to expect. This had tastes of Lord of the Rings, Hunger Games, and a few other works, but I enjoy much of everything in the fantasy genre. Not so much the love triangle-quad?- angle but I'm probably too hooked on the series to back out now. I guess I'll see what happens.... ...more
