What Members Thought
I thought this was a beautiful, interwoven story of multiple generations and retelling the stories of women, even morally ambiguous ones. This story did a good job of exploring mixed feelings regarding relationships, we often look at divorce even when the spouse does something bad, as an easy choice. It’s rare that’s the truth, and the characters in this story discussed that leaving is optimal, but that there’s more too it. I appreciate the morality expressed by Nella despite being a murderer.

I really enjoyed this one - however, it did lose a bit of the momentum at the end. 4 huge stars and if you're into historical fiction with a wicked twist, then this one is for you :)
