I HAVE ONE COMPLAINT. THIS STORY IS SO SHORT I FEEL LIKE I'VE BEEN CHEATED OFF MY HEA! D< Such a vague HEA but not really a HEA. I definitely could use more of Eddie as well as more sexy time and cuteness between Eddie and Carter. There is also that unresolved issue that I shall not speak of. I'm not sure if this is a short story or book 1 of a series but there are definitely a lot of space for development.

This is a hot quick and sexy read.

I really, really, enjoy Bailey Bradford's writing, so it wasn't a hardship to pick up a copy of 'Unexpected Places', her first in a new series. I'm a big fan of series, but even more, when the books follow the same characters. I was instantly interested after reading the description, as Eddie sounded like my kind of man, and Carter seemed like he needed to be loved.

A short, pacy, sexy read.
I liked that Carter was a strong character, could have been too easy to make him a push over, I liked how he stood up to Mark. And he knew what he wanted in terms of sex and partners. I enjoyed him, Eddie and Georgie!
Eddie was a bit more of a mystery as most of the pov is Carter. For example I'd have liked his thoughts when seeing Carter in the hiking group. We got his words but I'd have liked to get in his head too.
