The story of Joe, a Dominant without a sub, and Olly a submissive with massive psychological issues after an horrific attack.
This had all the hallmarks and the premise to be a really angsty, harsh read but I didn't find this story got me feeling deep enough for the subject matter (the big revenge scene with Mick left me feeling a bit flat for example).

This is book 1 and introduces us to many characters. It also takes us inside the BDSM club known as The Underground and we learn more about the successful business called The Edge. All of this is pertinent for setting up the series.

finally found the time to jump into this series and dont regret it for a single moment
I love a series that connect the characters and this one definitely makes good of that
