The writing was superb and grabbed me from the beginning. I enjoyed reading the book, but didn't love the story, and it just got more and more disappointing as the book went on. When the book was over, I was ready to move on to another group of characters. It was good - not great.

Wow. What a fabulous story, beautifully told. Honest and realistic, terrifying and cruel.
