What Members Thought
A story of a Jewish family in Poland and the terrors they faced during WWII. The strength, resilience, and ingenuity of the people was overwhelming. Helpfully includes some historical context (my knowledge of the actual history of Europe at this time is woefully inadequate). I was a bit skeptical that so many people survived such overwhelming odds until I read the afterword.
