Feed is one of my favorite books so I was disappointed that I didn't enjoy the sequel nearly as much. I think there are a couple of reasons for this. Feed really focused on the media. It examined the obligations reporters had to the truth, how the media had changed after the Rising, and basically reimagined traditional media. There was also politics, another interest of mine, though I didn't think that part was particularly well developed.

The sequel to FEED (perhaps my favorite book of 2010), this book hits the ground running and never lets up. To call this a zombie novel (while it surely is) is REALLY selling it short. I had more anger, pain, and tears reading this than the last book. Can't recommend highly enough.
