I am shocked and awed, but I actually finished this book. This was no easy task for much of the book, and it took me a lot longer to read than it would have otherwise. The book is just SO poorly edited, that it's very difficult to follow.

Having said that, if you can get past that, which is extremely difficult, it does 1) get better and 2) become worth it.

This is what zombie novels were meant to be. Any fans of post-apocalyptic and zombie literature need to pick up a copy of this immediately. Well-written, dark, well-paced, and interest-holding. That was pretty good. Jumped around its timeline chapter to chapter in a well thought out way. That was the best part of the book as it kept your interest a lot more in what happened to people when you already knew the outcome. That was also a new concept to me in a zombie book so it was refreshing. Would recommend this one for sure.

Along the lines of Dawn of the Dead. Awesome book. Focuses on the people and their own stories of how they ended up in Eden. Chapters may seem choppy at first and difficult to follow but keep reading. You get used to it and you'll be glad you didn't stop. ...more
