“Don't feel bad for one moment about doing what brings you joy.”

This book was a great introduction to Sarah J. Maas's world, with vivid characters, complex plots, and alluring romance. This book mirrored a lot of ideas of Beauty and the Beast, but had a dark, twisted, and suspenseful ending. One major detail (or maybe to others it's a minor detail) is that Feyre, the Beauty to Tamlin's Beast in this retelling, doesn't know how to read.
