A narrativa não-linear e os pontos de vista diferentes dificultaram bastante a leitura. Essa complicação me fez sentir que perdi muitos pontos importantes da história. A falta de pontuação no POV do Quentin me deixou louca lol O que mais gostei e me incomodou ao mesmo tempo foi o sofrimento contínuo da família. This book is beyond complicated, but it is one of the first novels that is truly an examination of a dysfunctional family. If you like a challenge and can follow stream of consciousness, then go for it. Otherwise I would say skip it. I have a feeling that I didn't understand alot of it and I read it for an AP Literature class. Maybe I'll understand it if I ever read it again, but truthfully I don't know if I would read it again.
