I enjoyed this book immensely. I found the characters (both the people and the places) very involving, and got me completely sucked in and witnessing/sensing all the circumstances, the fateful decisions and personality traits that determine where the story goes. The settings, scenes are described in a way that makes me want to take a boat out there (as long as it can be dark, stormy and deserted!), standing watching the waves and staring out at the sea.
