What Members Thought
The first 5 words hooked me. I couldn't put this book down. The tragic situation that Alice Sebold is forced to live through will break your heart. I almost felt like I was rubber-necking at a horrible accident. It was a very brave work of art. I would recommend this memoir to anyone of my girl friends. I read this book while I was in college, and it was amazing to me how unaware of my own surroundings I really was.
