I don't think I am going to read the other books in this series. I hate that people compared this book to The Hunger Games because they aren't alike in any way except that they are dystopian young adult fiction. I found that this book lacked any depth. I didn't feel as though I connected with the characters. When I read a book I want to be completely lost in it, I want to feel what the characters feel and see what they see. It's an interesting story and I did enjoy it, but I felt like this book was really really slow. It's probably because the author does a great job of world building and a lot of this book revolves around it. I'm about to start the second book and I hope it gets more exciting!
