In my ripe middle age I tend to put a book down after 50 pages or less if I'm uninspired. In 2017 I didn't finish 1 single book of fiction at all (a first in my entire life!!).
Well that says a lot about Ms. Adebayo's novel. I plowed through this book in about 12 days. I'm still unpacking and processing everything that I've just read, so a more detailed summary may be forthcoming. All I'll say is that I recommend this one to anyone looking for a great read. ...more
