Amazingly adorable as everything by Stephanie Perkins is.
Full review can be seen on my blog, The Hardcover Lover, but here is a sneak peak of it:
In the final companion book to Anna and the French Kiss, we are reintroduced to a very minor character from the first book, Isla. This year, she is a senior at SOAP, and by chance, she runs into her crush, Josh, over the summer. Remember St. Clair's best mate? Of course you do. He has a starring role in this book as well.

Crying cause of how good this series is and that it's over. Can it not be over? It's just too good to put down. The fact that Anna and St. Clair and Lola and Cricket come back in this book just makes it even more better. This is such an amazing series and book.

I have waited two years and eleven months for Isla and the Happily ever after to come out. Many had been waiting longer than that, but it still felt like a lifetime waiting to be able to read the book. I was deeply impressed with Stephanie’s first two books in this series (even though they are better defined as companions) I couldn’t get over how great Anna and Lola were. I was hoping Isla would continue down the path of everything I loved about the first two books (in its own way..) but I was s

I'm confused if I like this one better or Anna and the French Kiss. This felt more real.
Still an emotional mess after reading this book. So I'll just sum it up with 4.5 stars ...more

I was smiling like an idiot at the end of this book. For many reasons. Ahh the cuteness.

OMG! THIS BOOK IS SOOO SWEET! I LOVED JOSH AND HIS 'SHYNESS'!
Isla Martin has had a hopeless, all-consuming crush on Josh Wassertein since their first year at the School of America in Paris. After years of pining, Isla has grown used to watching Josh from afar.
Then one magical, painkiller-fueled, chance encounter in New York the summer before their senior year, changes everything.

What I love about the characters in these books is that they are so realistic with their insecurities and passions and dreams and quirks. There was a fantastic, unexpected twist toward the end....which wasn't even Isla's or Josh's twist...but it was sweet and satisfying all the same. Perkins creates female characters who are different, and weird, and lovable. And her male characters aren't the alpha male bad boys...they're sweet, romantic, and delicious. I will read anything that Stephanie Perki
