OK so this is probably one of my favorite series now. The way the Armentrout sucks you into this world is phenomenal. I mean the minute I had read "Shadows" I knew I was going to be hooked into this series. Amazingly good
So much happened in this book. My emotions were on a rollercoaster ride for sure. The 1st book my heart was broken numerous times but this one definitely helped mend it only to break it again. That sounds awful but a book lover can totally understand I'm sure. For a book to move me that much, marks it as an incredible read. ...more

Ok so it had been a few years since I read the first book in this series, so I had to back track a little just to refresh my memory. HavIng a connection to someone is one thing add in the fact that he is an alien from another planet and you have Daemon Black waiting for you. Katy has it bad or good, either way you put it her life just got complicated. She is connected to Daemon and has no idea if the connection influences her feelings towards him or not. Of course Daemon doesn't help because he is the biggest distraction on the planet, and Katy needs some time.

I'll give this a 4 since the series keeps getting better. Although it is a little TOO ya for me, I have enjoyed it.
So far, I'm really happy with the progression of Kat and Daemons relationship. There have been quite a few twists that I didn't expect.

Working on review.
Amazing. I totally loved this, even better than Obsidian. Daemon's jealousy over Blake was so funny & cute. It was full of action & romance & had me gripped from start to finish. And the ending has me wishing away the next 3 months till I can read Opal.
