What Members Thought
Man this guy can write. However... I think I need plot driven vs character driven when it comes to a zombie novel. I'm looking forward to The Underground Railroad. I think his writing style might go better with that subject matter.

Disappointed that this ended when it did. I also did not like all the switching back and forth from one timeline to another. Would have been better if it just covered the timeline it ended on.
I love zombie boos but had a really hard time getting into the story. Had to skip around a lot. It is a beautfully written book but it just was a really hard read.
I really liked the short timeslice of time. All happens within a few hours.
