This is a great zombie book that I thoroughly enjoyed, and I must say that before I started it, I was very skeptical about any book of this nature that would model itself after Dante's "Inferno", and I was fully expecting the worst. And very pleasantly surprised, I found this book to be well written, well thought out, very engaging, very entertaining, very action-packed, very, just very.

Shelves: action-thriller, science-fiction, audio-book, post-apocalyptic

I had read this book several years ago, but did didn’t remember many details.
Traditional zombie format which is my favorite and never gets old.
I love a good zombie story with writing that flows, sympathetic characters that are interesting and smart . Elements of survival and good versus evil.
Things that I liked, vivid descriptions with a hint of gore but not too much.
Scattered snarky, dialogue, a touch of romance. Action adventure with a story that moved along.
