I was utterly gripped by The Future, and at times very moved. This is CliFi at its most twisty and action packed. This book is plausible and prescient - albeit perhaps less feasible in its solutions than say Ministry for the Future (but I adored the twist regardless). This is a highly engaging and thought-provoking read.

Thanks to Simon & Schuster and Edelweiss for the ARC.
