I'm reading (and rereading) my way through Stephen King. I had read the first few Dark Tower books before but never the final two (or three?) so I didn't know how the story ended.
It's quite something to contemplate that this series of books has spanned the entirety of King's career with The Gunslinger published about 30 years ago. After reading The Black House, I decided to read The Dark Tower series. I purchased all seven of them without looking at any of the reviews. After I began to wait for them to arrive, I started glancing at reviews and speaking to people about the series. Of all the novels in the series, the last one had the most mixed reviews.
