What Members Thought
Louise Penny's mysteries are top notch and Inspector Armand Gamache is one of my favorite characters. I wondered what would happen when Inspector Gamache retired in the last novel, and this episode features a hunt for Peter, Clara's husband, when he does not return home as planned after a one year separation. Clara, Armand, Jean-Guy and Myrna pursue Peter's trail and realize he has been all over the globe since he left, and is back in Canada. This story is very good, but probably not my favorite

This is such a good series! They really should be ready in order. I love the characters and the setting so much. Louise Penny isn’t afraid to end her books with a happy ending. Some are happy, some are sad, which makes it just like life.
