What Members Thought
This was all over the place. Parts were interesting and read quickly. Other parts dragged on and I considered DNFing. I usually don’t mind timelines jumping around or perspective shifts, but I don’t think they helped here. Deming was so unflatteringly presented at the beginning that impression stuck even as the back story was presented. Peling was kind of the same. Didn’t really love how her parts were written like she was talking to Deming but no context for how the conversation was happening.
