The best conclusion to a series I have ever read. Period. I have grown with Royce and and Hadrian..and Arista. I loved the lore and religions of the story. Had me guessing the whole way through. The best written of the whole series.

I'm not good at reviews, so I'll just say that this series was incredibly moving and exceptionally well written and thought out. Everything means something. Everything. I didn't realize it while I was reading, and I kind of feel like a fool, but when it all came together my wife was looking at me like I was a lunatic as I laughed and giggled and went 'A-HA!' or 'NOOOOO FUCKING WAY' while I read on the couch.

The third, well really the fifth and sixth, volume of the Riyria Revelation is far and away the best. This series was a slow builder for me. I wasn't crazy about the first one, but I loved Royce and Hadrian, and while I could find fault in some of Sullivan's writing, the story was fun to read nevertheless.
