What Members Thought
I went back and forth on this one. I enjoyed it, but it was soooo long. For me, the story was repeating itself. Maybe I felt this way because I already knew some of the history; no real surprises. That being said, it is well-written, well thought out and a very interesting time. If you like historical fiction, are curious about the courts, like a little drama (as long as it isn't in your real life) then this may be the book/series/author for you.
