Also, I don't know what I would do without these lists every year. I find so many great books on them that I may not have looked twice at before. This many people can't be wrong, right? :)

I didn't add the books, but a few Josh Lanyon's books are being produced in audible versions. They might have the audio copyright date. I know 2-3 Adrien English books came out this year.
The Condor was originally published in 2012.
omg I just lost it but there was going to be an update with a HUUUGE number of books published before 2013! Over a dozen are on this list, including one story from 2004. GAAAHHH!
so, starting from where I left off
The Yearning 2012
Queerwolf 2012
Bound by Danger 2012
Love the Sinner 2012
Burn 2012 (in fact this one is already on the 2012 list and I think won a lot of awards--definitely no need for it to be here!)
I'll try to go back and list the ones I lost in the near future, but you can be assured there's more than a dozen that I haven't listed yet.

Self-promotion is essentially an opinion, and a distinction that would allow on one hand and absolutely forbid on the other is, to my mind (lol, opinion by any other name...), prejudice with intent.
Investment is a key element in the formation of opinion, and expression an extension of that and/or any number of other factors. To reduce self-promotion to "bragging" in this case discounts effort and the investment subsequent to it.
Any right we might have to an opinion is lost to our exclusion from consideration in it, and if subject to the same limits and standard of responsibility, our opinion of ourselves could serve as well as any, and perhaps, better than we could imagine.
This concept is a work in progress, and one that is fast approaching the limits of my own perspective; comments welcome and much appreciated.

#423ish - Sinner's Gin
#465 - After Ben
#544 - Not His Kiss To Take"
I agree with you, so I wonder why these titles won for 2013 in different categories???
I'm sure I saw After Ben Somewhere also for 2013 :(
