2. I see that some of these books aren't even really YA books. Crime and Punishment? Green Eggs and Ham? Seriously???"
I agree as I read hatchet in 2nd grade and where the sidewalk ends is like a bedtme story

If you watched the movies first then you already have an idea of what happened in the story, and since the books and movies aren't exactly the same (the movie leaves out a lot and gets many details in the book wrong), if you read the movies first, you wont like the books as much

The list clearly stated to only vote for the first book if it's a series.
Also, I'm being objective here; a lot of books MAY have higher rankings than they currently do, due to the duplicates.
I mean, people do us all a favor and don't vote the same book twice or beyond; should those are actual different people, well, I'd advise people voting for the lowing ranking one to relocate your votes to the higher one, since GR is obviously having a hard time merging duplicated votes with this mass number of voters.

yes harry potter is very imaginative and a fav of mine but twilight has romance and harry potter none at all this is not hate towards twilight or harry potter but for all youse complaining we all have opinions!

finally not a twilight rant!

A lot of people tell me they think that Twilight is trash,
I've also heard people say, ‘if you can't say something nice don't say anything at all.’ Just a thought.

They're the worst books I've ever read!"
I'm so sorry they didn't appeal to you, but that doesn't mean that no one liked them.
The story isn't perfect, but really what story is without its flaws.
Just a thought.

I prefer Harry Potter over Twilight as well, but that doesn't mean I hate Twilight. In fact, I enjoy a good Twilight read! It's good to keep in mind that some people would prefer Twilight over Harry Potter as well. It's all about your preference and/or opinion!! :)
Just a thought.
(Oh, and my Mom used to call me lemon when I was little.) ;)

Yes, yes, same!! :)
Gryffindor!!!

hummm... twilight might not be your kind of book..... but there are mannyyyy people who loves it."
I like the twilight books especially breaking dawn.

ya same. everyone says how great twilight is and i'm like huh.......?

Saw the movie on television but it didn't appeal to me enough to buy the book.

Try “The Science Sleuths” by Randal Gritzner. It’s a 7-book series available on Amazon.com with only 4 published so far.
