No, it really does not. Unfortunately, I lack Librarian status and can't expunge it...

Removed for being non-fiction: A Mighty Long Way, Warriors Don't Cry
Removed for not having the name of a school in the title: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, Real Tom Brown's School Days, Ninth House, A Deadly Education, Schooled, David Goes to School, Princess Charming, The School Story, Getting Schooled, Jake Drake Bully Buster, Jake Drake Know-It-All, Troublemaker, About Average, The Report Card, Room One, Extra Credit, Frindle, The Janitor's Boy, No Talking, Lunch Money, The Landry News, The Last Holiday Concert, With the Fire on High, The O'Sullivan Twins
I'm sure there are more. These were just the most obvious ones. Let me know if you spot others.

Was the List description just not clear enough?! :S
I'll pad it out further now, just in case.
Yeesh.

I was unsure about these:
The Institute (is this a school? Doesn't seem like it based on the description)
The Mountaintop School for Dogs (it's not a school, and the actual name is The Sanctuary)
School of Charm (it's actually called Miss Vernie's School of Charm, but close enough?)
Comedy High (the actual name is Carmody High)

XD
No, I looked askance at "The Institute" as well. :p
Happy to see these ones pitched out, if you are willing! (School of Charm is a grey area... your call, I can't decide!)

As for The Institute. It’s another arbitrary call. The actual location isn’t a traditional “school” by any means, and if memory serves, it has no official recognized name, it’s just called “The Institute” by everyone involved. So given the more clarified parameters, I’d understand its removal.

I think the name of the list itself looks good as is, unless Capn disagrees?
I removed The Institute. The Wikipedia page does not use the word "school" even once, and it seems more like a facility, not an educational institution. Same with The Mountaintop School for Dogs (not the proper name, also not a school) and Comedy High (proper name is Carmody High). I left in School of Charm, which is more of a gray area.
I was confused by all of the Kimengumi: Un Collège Fou, Fou, Fou books. I can't read Japanese, and Google Translate was no help. As far as I could tell from a quick search, it looks like Kimengumi is a club. Not sure if it's a school's name.

I wondered about Kimengumi, too:
High School! Kimengumi is an episodic chronicle of the bizarre adventures of a group of misfit junior high school (and later high school) boys who form a club known as the "Kimengumi".
It should be removed. It just has "High School" or "College" in the title, and the name of the clique. :S It does belong on the YA club/group/gang list, though:

I can't find the school name, but I'm also inclined to believe that the 'fou fou fou' is descriptive and not a proper noun. :)
