Through Another's Eyes: Xenofiction

Xenofiction is fiction from a nonhuman perspective; that is, at least part of the novel is from the point-of-view of an alien, animal, monster, etc. Xenofiction allows one to see from the eyes of a nonhuman creature or being. Can include fantasy, science fiction, and animal fiction.

INCLUDES (less humanlike the better):

-Half Human People (mermaids, centaurs, satyrs, cyborgs, sphinxes, manticores, etc.)

so many books and tittles and i can't find the ones that deal with sentient AI or robots or machines's POV!
i am interested in the ones that show self aware machine/robot/AI's POV and if they are misanthropist then even better for me!

Wow 'serendipity'. I just finished Robot-Daddy and am seeking AI's too. Hopefully, your hunt will be my easy gateway.
Part of my comments from Robot-Daddy. Cheers.
What a great storyline. I am going to seek out more robot/AI romance reads. It had me laughing none stop until both I and the heroine fell in love with Robo-Rob. Then I shared her heartache. (I think I may need a romance/reality intervention). No worries, there is a HEA just not the one I wanted. I don't know how to hide a spoiler comment so you get no more from me.
Unfortunately, Ms. Hart and I will be parting ways. Even though her other novels all have such tempting synopsis's and I enjoyed her engaging writing in Robot Daddy. Nothing makes me cringe more than the term 'Daddy' in an adult relationship.

Hunters Unlucky by Abigail Hilton is excellent epic fantasy xenofiction! Still digging through the list to see if it’s already here, haha.

(Edit: appears not. I shall add it myself, along with Nor Crystal Tears! Alan Dean Foster often includes at least a few sections of xeno POV in quite a number of his books, actually.)

All Systems Red, Ancillary Justice, and We Are Legion (We Are Bob) are the ones I can confidently say would fit your bill!

Less confidently, Children of Time does have some AI pov, but it’s (view spoiler)

And The Freeze-Frame Revolution has a really, really fascinating AI presence, but I can’t remember now whether the book actually has sections from the point of view of said AI, hah.
