While part of me wants to have the next read-a-thon to be as soon as possible, reality tells me that the end of June is better for me. I have that week off from work so finding reading time will (hopefully) be a lot easier that week. My birthday is also on the 30th so having a read-a-thon to celebrate would be pretty cool too. :)

Every one of these dates overlaps with either a camp I'm going to next weekend or our family vacation in the middle of June. I voted for June 7-16 because we are leaving on the 15th, so I figured that would interfere the least. I don't think I'll be able to be a captain of a group for any of these dates.. which is a bummer because I love doing the spreadsheets and whatnot.

I think all your hard work in the group, especially with your spreadsheet magic, has earned you the privilege to choose custom dates 😂

I've added a write-in option so you can choose a date range that may fit better. It's possible others will like it too.

Haha Laura! I don't think I have two weekends in a row that would work! It's just that time of year... summer vacations and whatnot. I'll be fine with whatever the group picks, and if you all still want me to do the spreadsheets for the groups to use, I can do that, as long as the mods release the tasks and stuff a day or two in advance, which I think everyone requested at the end of the last Read-A-Thon anyway.

I'm away from my computer from May 30-June 2 and June 15-June 21. I could still be group captain if y'all need, but I'll just leave the spreadsheet open for my entire group to edit, rather than relying on me to update it alone. And I'll probably still stalk all the discussions on my phone (even though the app is garbage) because I just can't help myself haha.

Every single person I am related to will be out of town (or country!) starting June 9th. I was wondering what I was going to do to amuse myself. I had already planned on reading, but a readathon would be perfect!
