Glad I could help.

Taggerung | 131 comments Makayla walked up the drive admiring the mansion. Older taste, she noted, pleasantly surprised. She went up to the door, and rang the bell.

Taggerung | 131 comments Makayla handed Harriet the note, looking her over as well. "Mr. Fitzpayne invited me to stop by. Is he available?"

message 5: by Taggerung (new)

Taggerung | 131 comments Makayla nodded. "Yes I would." She stepped into the threshold and waited, casually smoothing her dres.

message 6: by Taggerung (new)

Taggerung | 131 comments Makayla nodded. "Certainly...Geoffrey," she said, a flirtatious smile playing across her features. "I had nothing going on today, so I saw no reason to delay meeting you."

message 7: by Taggerung (new)

Taggerung | 131 comments "Sounds lovely. Show me the way," said Makayla. Funny how we both want to enjoy the sunlight today, she thought to herself.

Taggerung | 131 comments Makayla rolled her eyes as she picked up her champagne flute. "I cannot believe what a waste of time it is!" She gave an extremely impish grin. "So I normally make my servant go through the preliminary work, and I just go over it to make sure she did it right. It's made this past year so much easier than my first two."

Taggerung | 131 comments Makayla nodded. "It really does give me more time for all the enjoyable things I want to do. Except when Kaylee wants to be a little brat and purposely messes all of the reports up, then conveniently runs an errand. Then I end up having to sort through the nonsense, and do them the right way, which takes twice as long as doing them right the first time!"

Taggerung | 131 comments Makayla took a sip of her champagne before answering. "Oh, it depends on my mood. I generally just don't let her eat for the rest of the day. If she really annoyed me though, I make her sort through my entire wardrobe and arrange it a by brand or color or something. It takes her hours and she hates. I can tell because she rarely pulls that stupid stunt anymore."

message 11: by Taggerung (last edited Aug 24, 2012 06:10AM) (new)

Taggerung | 131 comments Makayla smirked back. "you are indeed lucky. But then you're servant is older than you as opposed to three years your junior." Makayla then smiled and said, "enough of that brat. How are you enjoying the 14th tier so far?"

message 12: by Taggerung (new)

Taggerung | 131 comments "Frequently, yes. It's a very fine park," said Makayla. "The garden's in it are exceptional this time of year."

message 13: by Taggerung (new)

Taggerung | 131 comments Malaya arched her eyebrows. "Really. How interesting. I never really thought of roses as vicious, just dangerous. I've never seen many roses in the garden though. Is it a new area?"

message 14: by Taggerung (new)

Taggerung | 131 comments Makayla gave a satisfied smile. "I'd love that."

message 15: by Taggerung (new)

Taggerung | 131 comments "That'd be splendid! I will look forward to it. I should probably get back home now though. There's no telling if my servant decided to slack off. That, and I also have to walk my dog. She hates my servant so I walk her myself," said Makayla smiling and setting her champagne flute down on a side table.

message 16: by Taggerung (new)

Taggerung | 131 comments "Goodbye, thanks for inviting me over. I'll see you later," said Makayla. She walked down the steps and along the mansion's drive.

Joyce walked up to the mailbox of the house, consulting a note in his breast pocket before popping a note into the mailbox. He then walked briskly away, with a slight limp which he compensated for with a cane.

To Mr Fitzpayne, concerning Mr Carter Nirvan.

My master, Carter Nirvan, is in a strange state and his behaviour is concerning me. If you could take some time out of your undoubtedly busy schedule to see me, I would be delighted.
Sincerely,
Joyce sandril, Butler to Carter Nirvan.
