Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

I've separated Michael Cunningham into three records: novelist (one-space), photographer (two-space), and miscellaneous (three-space).

However, there are six books which I left on Michael^Cunningham because I couldn't place them for sure -- can anyone rule them into or out of the novelist's or photographer's lists (or find middle initials)?
