What do you think will happen?

message 2: by [deleted user] (new)

Same!! I don't like Julian really, I really want her to be with Alex...

message 3: by Sonya (new)

Sonya (foodcravesme) I think something might've happened to Alex! But I hope she ends up with Alex too!

message 4: by Saachi (new)

Saachi | 7 comments i think something happened, and Alex isn't in love with her anymore...
i like alex better than julian though

message 5: by Beatrice (new)

Beatrice (beatricemasalunga) No idea what will happen. Let's just wait for the book.

Sydney Jhigkdoxnak I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!

M.J. Capulet (mjcapulet) | 64 comments TEAM ALEX ALL THE WAY!!! I liked "Pandemonium" better than "Delirium", but I do hope Lena ends up with Alex. I don't like Julian at all. Lena's reason for rebellion was Alex all along, and all throughout "Pandemonium", I could feel that Alex was alive... Somewhere in Lena's heart.

message 10: by Lynne (new)

Lynne I can't wait for this book to come out. I don't know what will happen, but I hope Lena ends up with Alex.

message 11: by Jazmin♥ (new)

Jazmin♥ (JazminSerrano) | 37 comments omg I wish this book would come out earlier that way we dont have to wait that long!!! And that horrible cliff hanger WHY???? But anyway I cant wait lol

message 12: by Sydney (new)

Sydney Ok is it just me or is this book taking waaayyy too long to come out?!??! LOL, I can't wait :D

message 13: by Beatrice (new)

Beatrice (beatricemasalunga) I'll have this soon.
TEAM ALEX ALL THE WAY!!!!

message 14: by Mei (new)

Mei (meijey) TEAM ALEX TOO! He's more manly enough to always save Lena! And Julian, well, he always gets the one to be saved. But let's see for Requiem! I literally can't wait already. It's taking too long!

That cliffhanger made me ponder for days what's going to happens next. In my mind I hope Alex is still in love with Lena. True love conquers all, as they say (although that's a cliche). He said, "Don't believe her", which makes me think that Lena couldn't keep her promise with Julian because Alex knows Lena will come back to him. I don't know, I don't want to get my hopes up!

message 15: by Danielle (new)

Danielle (danielle_k) I finished this yesterday. It was amazing but there needs to be a book four...

message 16: by Melanie (new)

Melanie Davis (mel112) I just read this and I was a little disappointed with the ending. There is so much left unsaid.

message 17: by Taylor (new)

message 18: by Rachelle (new)

Rachelle (mamachelle07) | 91 comments I'm only about a third through this book so I don't know what happens yet. But I can't believe how many of you want her with Alex. Even before starting this I thought he was a jerk. I'm siding with Julian!

message 19: by [deleted user] (new)

I agree. Julian all the way!

message 20: by Rachelle (new)

Rachelle (mamachelle07) | 91 comments Loved this! Normally I like completely finished endings, but I actually really love that so much gets left unsaid, gets left to the reader's imagination. A great series! I'm a little sad to see the end of it.

message 21: by Morgan (new)

Morgan | 4 comments I really, really hope she chooses Alex. Julian's nice and all, but.. Alex is amazing. I can't wait to find out.

message 22: by Mags (last edited Mar 07, 2013 07:02AM) (new)

Mags I have no idea how to rate this book ... I was excited and disappointed at the same time ... is that even possible????

message 23: by M.J. (new)

M.J. Capulet (mjcapulet) | 64 comments I can't wait to get my hands on a copy!!! I'm currently on the waiting list since all hardcover copies have been sold and reserved here already. :(( Gahhh. Hope the next batch comes out soon!

I'm predicting that Alex will change. He's not the same, old Alex who fell for Lena. He's hardened and marked by something darker from the time he went missing in "Pandemonium". Lena and Julian will carry on with their relationship, and Julian will adjust in the Wilds. But I do hope that Alex and Lena would end up together. I'm Team Alex all the way!

I think Hana will have her shining moment here. I like to think she's never gonna get her emotions back, but since not all authors think tragically as I do, I'd like to hope she does. As for Lena's Mom, I guess they'll finally meet and team up for the revolution. Das all.

message 24: by Betty Jo (new)

Betty Jo Schafer (busylady) | 39 comments Finished it. Loved it. I LOVED Delirium but wasn't a fan of Pandemonium. This one was back up to the level of Delirium in my mind.

The ending did leave some things hanging but still wrapped things up. I also liked that just enough was wrapped up but that so much was left up to our imagination too.

Team Alex. Alex is real, passionate. Their love story from book one was incredible. The connection was solid and real. I feel that Julian's feelings for her are superficial. That even though he thinks he loves her, he doesn't really love the real Lena. He's never known that person.

Alex changed yes but, like all of us, he's still the same person once you peel away the hurt and pain.

Definitely a fan of the last book in this trilogy. Glad we read it this month!

message 25: by Sophie (last edited Mar 12, 2013 01:00AM) (new)

Sophie (warpedline) I have NO idea what the heck is gonna happen in this book. I can't tell if she'll meet her mother, if she'll choose Julian or Alex- I literally have no idea where the story's going.

message 26: by Sophie (new)

Sophie (warpedline) Wait... how have you guys read it? Doesn't come out in Aussie until somewhere after the 20th of March

message 28: by Katie (last edited Mar 15, 2013 10:31AM) (new)

Katie Chambers (dsrt16) | 10 comments I am torn. I loved it the whole way through. I was glad that (view spoiler) However, I had issues with the ending. I know a lot of people like things being left up to their imagination, but I don't. :P I want it all wrapped up; if it is going to be the last book in the trilogy, wrap it up. I want to know what happened with Hana. It was fine to leave the love interest to our imagination, because that was wrapped up enough to know. But Hana? Please, oh, please. Why happened to Hana? (view spoiler)

I agree. I really liked the book, but now I wish there was a book 4. (view spoiler)

message 30: by Alice (new)

Alice (alice20) I hated the ending!!! So cliffhanger-y... I wish the author had concluded the love triangle.

Cinthia (cinthiah) Ali wrote: "I hated the ending!!! So cliffhanger-y... I wish the author had concluded the love triangle."

She did conclude the love triangle, but I agree that it should have been made a little more clear. And what happens to the one that wasn't chosen? I wish we could have seen what happens to him too.

❀ Crystal ✿ - PEACE ☮ LOVE ♥ BOOKS (crystaldc18) | 9 comments I loved Requiem. All until the very end that is. I swear the ending felt like falling off a cliff with no bottom in sight. Here's a link to my review. I'm so disappointed this is how the series ended, I really enjoyed it up until that last page.

me too...

❀ Crystal ✿ - PEACE ☮ LOVE ♥ BOOKS (crystaldc18) | 9 comments Even an epilogue would have helped. It was like a easy way out for the author by not having to answer all the questions and a pain in the ass for us as readers to not be given a complete end.

Mags Crystal wrote: "Even an epilogue would have helped. It was like a easy way out for the author by not having to answer all the questions and a pain in the ass for us as readers to not be given a complete end."

Agree ... I have like a thousand questions left ... and I still can't decide of a rating for this book .... *sigh*

❀ Crystal ✿ - PEACE ☮ LOVE ♥ BOOKS (crystaldc18) | 9 comments I agree. It was hard for me to rate the book. I feel like it was the authors job to complete the story, otherwise its just unfinished. Granted, many of us can be satisfied in our minds by having our perfect ending, but what's really the point because at this rate we could have just written it ourselves.

message 37: by Alice (new)

Alice (alice20) Crystal wrote: "Even an epilogue would have helped. It was like a easy way out for the author by not having to answer all the questions and a pain in the ass for us as readers to not be given a complete end."

Exactly. I think the only reason why she didn't have an epilogue was because she wanted to leave it open for a book 4.

❀ Crystal ✿ - PEACE ☮ LOVE ♥ BOOKS (crystaldc18) | 9 comments Oh God I hope not. All these books lead up to this point and it was like we were let off the cliff with no bungie cord. I really hope this is the end. Otherwise it will be as bad as all the authors who split their novels into multiple parts, each ending in an annoying cliffhanger...

message 39: by Alice (new)

Alice (alice20) If you've ever read the Mortal Instruments series, Cassandra Clare wrote another THREE books for the same series, when the third book already wrapped up everything. So it's quite possible that Lauren Oliver's going to do that too.

message 40: by Salome (new)

Salome | 57 comments I am still playing catchup. Read Delirium in 3 days. Now halfway through Pandemonium! Loving the series this far!! :)

message 41: by Rachelle (new)

Rachelle Licon | 11 comments I loved the book. I was a little worried when I read some of the spoilers before finishing it, but in the end I think it ended the way it had to. All in all, I couldn't put the book down.

message 46: by Alice (new)

Alice (alice20) Was Eve better than Delirium?

message 47: by Ariella (new)

Ariella (ariellah980) | 4 comments Yes but I love both of them.

message 48: by Jennifer (new)

Jennifer (jenniferlovesbooks070911) I was disappointed with the ending....

message 49: by grimple (new)

grimple ᵔᴥᵔ | 46 comments I didn't like this book at all. Felt completely different than Delirium. I read somewhere that she probably left the ending with this terrible cliffhanger because this book was about to be turned into a tv show, so she wanted the producers to be able to play with the ending. But then the production of the show fell through.

message 50: by Krista (new)

Krista | 97 comments This book was okay, I liked it better that the first book. I get that the author wants us to be able to decide what we think happened in the end. There could be another book, but I'm sure that won't happen.
