Yvette | 124 comments I have never used it but am interested in trying it out, does anybody use it on here? How do you go about Lending them to someone else?

Rachel-RN (rachelgoodbyeborders) | 161 comments First they have to be your Nook friend- you can lend any book that has "Lend Me" icon once for 2 weeks. During that time, it's not available to you. Once 2 week period is done, it will automatically be available to you again (but without the "Lend Me" icon).
Sign in to B&N account, go to your library, books with option click on Lend Me, scroll down and pick who you want to send to and click Lend. It's easy. I've gotten an e-mail when someone wants to borrow a book. I click the link in the e-mail to do it and it automatically sends to that person once I approve.
Feel free to friend me:-) I've got a good (I think) of "Lend Me" books.

Debbie's Spurts (D.A.) I have loaned back and forth (you can also lendme to a facebook friend) but the biggest drawback is just that not a lot of books are lendme enabled (plus most of my ebooks are on my kindle just because I had it years before I got a nookColor for Christmas).

Pretty much the same publishers and authors that are lendme on nook are lending enabled on kindle.

Yeah, I hate that. Another drawback is that you can only lend a book once

Yvette | 124 comments I think I read somewhere that with a Kindle, you can pick any book to lend, true or false?

Mlpmom (Book Reviewer) (mlpmombookreviewer) | 839 comments False! Only certain ones are lendable and you can only lend them once.

Yvette | 124 comments I think that's dumb. We should be able to lend whatever books we want, shoot, we buy them!!

Ashley (ashleyjeffery) | 36 comments I've noticed that all the books I want to lend on Kindle I can't. It's kind of a pain considering I bought the dang thing.

Kimmy | 2 comments I'm not impressed with how few lend me books there are. I agree I bought the dang thing!!! IF it were a paperback book I could lend it without trouble. If someone wants to try lend me and I have a book on your TBR list let me know and I'll lend :)
