Re Post 1309, regarding big book ticket for book:The Labyrinth of Osiris|13595029] I thought I could claim a big book ticket if the edition I read was over 500 pages which it was, In addition since it was an Advance Reader's Copy it had listed the number of pages in the hardcover edition soon to be published which was also over 500 pages. (Thus the 538 pages and 560 pages I listed.) Sorry if I misunderstood the rules.

message 204: by Dee (new)

Dee (austhokie) | 8954 comments the book file here only lists it at 448 pages, so you need to link the correct copy - or if that is it, ask some one to edit the file details to reflect the correct number of pages

I don't know how to link to the correct copy so I guess I'll punt and not get the ticket

The problem is not linking to a "correct" copy - there are only two listed, an ebook and a hardback "to be published" copy. You linked to the hardback, and that shows with 448 pages. Perhaps the info GR has is wrong, or perhaps the number of pages listed on your ARC copy is inaccurate for the hardcover edition.

Dee (austhokie) | 8954 comments Sandy - it looks like it has been released in the UK and has over 500 pages - so i'll update the record

ETA - done - I added the 2 paperback versions, both of which have 500+ pages

Paul - if you search by the ISBN of the ARC that you have, that will allow you to select the right version for posting in the points thread

I keep coming up with 810, which is what I have in post 1368. But you have me as 820 on the Readerboard....I know I've shuffled some stuff around, but can't figure out where I missed some points...maybe we can figure out where the problem is.

Thanks for checking Dlmrose. I didn't realize the book couldn't be shelved under WWII. This marks my first time in three years to end up on the wall of shame. Sorry, I'll post the books under different tasks.

Sheila wrote: "How are YOU doing Donna. Do you have power yet?"

We fine, Sheila- we're still without power, but much better off than many of our friends and neighbors. We have no damage that can't be fixed. The damage here was from falling trees and utility poles- most streets have at least one house that had a tree go through the roof or onto their cars. So we're counting our blessings and helping our neighbors. Things in NY and NJ are bad- really bad- but they'll get better- our headline this morning

Do I need to repost the entire 1411 post, or just the 20.3 task? It's been a while since I participated in the group and I don't remember for sure.
