Ivy Cole and the Moon about a werewolf hunting a killer who is also a werewolf. It's been on my pile a long time!

Kevin (spiralcity) Wolf's Hour by Robert McCammon

Wolf's Hour

As a master spy, Gallatin has proved he can take on formidable foes---and kill them. As a passionate lover, he attracts beautiful women. But there is one extra factor which makes Michael Gallatin a unique special agent---he is a werewolf, able to change form almost at will, able to assume the body of a wolf and its capacity to kill with savage, snarling fury.

The Wolfen If it's not too late. This one may be a bit hard to run down, it's older. I've found it in paperback and such. Libraries have a lot of the author's work. Still interesting book. Lot's of foul language, but knowing it going in...
