I am going to the bookstore sometime this week and I am going to buy a walk to remember. I was wondering is it a good book?

Yes, it is an amazing book. It really touched my heart. Needless to say, I 100% loved it. Go buy it. And enjoy reading it. :)

A Walk to Remember was the first of Nicholas Sparks books I read and I loved it. I thought the movie was great too, I love Mandy Moore and Shane West in it, and although they changed parts the feeling I got reading the book and watching the movie was the same. The story is sweet and really touching, I would definitely recommend it!

my fave book and fave movie a "must read"

I loved this book and movie. I'm not usually a mushy romance type, so I wouldn't call that my "genre" by any means, but I do love a good love story and I do love the characters of this book so I definitely recommend it.

Its a fantastic book :)

If you want to know its brief watch the movie..
Even the movie is so touching you can't just visualize the awesomeness of the book ;)

I loved this book and you won't regret the purchase. It's different than the movie but it's worth reading.

I loved this book! It's beautiful and I would recommend you do get it!

I love the movie

My favorite book and movie.

Awesome amazingggg novel ♥
Utterly heart-breaking and touching!

I want to read this book SO BAD!!!

A really good book! It actually made me cry and wished that I have a guy who loved me like how Landon loved Jamie :D

This is the first movie I ever saw by Sparks, however, I still haven't read this book, even though I've read every single other one. So I don't know how the book ranks, but I LOVE the movie.

Oh! This book is amazing! His books are ALWAYS so much better than the movies, but I find the movies that go with his books follow the story line more closely than other book to movie adaptations.

YESSS!!! This book is wonderful!! You will love it. It's very touching. There is something about it that touches the soul.

I dont know , I like his books as movies but, they are to slow paced for me to read. Its weird

Agne That's how it is for me. I like them as movies, but the books don't wow me at all. It's strange because it's usually the other way around. ...more

The book is ok, not really my cup of tea. I expected much more of Nicholas Sparks since I loved the movie adaptations of "the Notebook" and "Dear John" so much. It's probably too late now, but if I were you I wouldn't buy it. It's not worth the money.

It`s on my Fav list, just have some tissues near by.

The book was boring, the phasing was slow for me. the movie however is much better, after I read a walk to remember, my firm belief that "the book is always better than the movie" was shaken.

The story however, is very sweet and realistic. That's one of the few things I like about Nicholas Spark's books. You cannot expect a perfect and super exciting love story in real life don't you? It would somehow become boring and you'd end up losing your interest, and the story would pull you into it again when things become mushy and all that.

Really really great book. I loved it!
