What do you think about the new Kindles?

Hey I'd take a look at this review: http://www.hanselman.com/blog/AmazonK...
and then look online for the older ones, unless, you know, you read a lot at night in buses or planes and don't have a night lamp at home.
I just saw the regular kindle for about 39 in a daily deal page a few days ago.. so you might find it at a really good price if you look around.
I decided to get the non touch previous generation (before kindle paperwhites).. I'm a VERY geek/techie person.. but I had to resist the temptation of MOAR FEATURES because seriously, I didn't need the touch, and I'm pretty happy with the button based solution :)

(I know I said I'd wait for Xmas, but I mentioned this to my lovely bride and she went ahead and ordered it for me. I've been counting the days. One more week to wait...)
So the new Kindle Voyage is out. I have a 1st generation nook and it's working just fine. But with the built-in night light and now 300 dpi resolution that new Kindle looks tempting. Anyone using it yet? Maybe it's time to upgrade?
We're also getting the "Kindle Owner's Lending Library."
FINALLY!
