If my book is only going to be sold on Amazon, is there a way to remove other sites from the book's page here on Goodreads?

No, the description field is for the description.

You can list whatever in your author profile or provide links via your blog if you have one.

The URL field on the book can be used to link to your website but should not be used to link to booksellers

Where can I find this "URL field" for a book? I have a page for each of my books on my blog with added details and comments I'd like to link to, but when I try to edit a book I don't see this field.

On the book edit page it is the field above the description box.

If you still don't see it, it may be that authors do not have access to that field since they have limited book edit ability.

If you post either here or the GR librarian group the blog info then some one will add
