Agreed. And at the risk of sounding super oblivious- whats a kobo?

Hmm, but my main problem is, Jon, I keep forgetting which books I have on my Kobo (it is one of the symptoms of my disease(s)), so I started with the letter A and I'll see how far I get. Browsing all of those books is not really an option, writing them down will only give me more lists, so... Hmmm... :D

A kobo is an e-reader, it is the similar to the Sony. I have the Kobo Touch and I just love it! It is so easy for me! Before I had it, it was just not possible for me to read a book anymore (unless it was a book for children). I spend a lot of time in the hospital and now time just flies when I'm over there! It is so tiny, so it hardly takes up any space! Try to imagine yourself I carry 1881 books in a suitcase to the hospital every week :D So yeah, I love my Kobo, but I do miss the smell of books and the touching of the paper...

Yeah, many people i know have bought kindles and just cant bring myself to buy one. It really is super convenient but there's nothing like holding a real book in your hands and flipping through the pages...I guess it my little protest to the 'electronization' of our generation..

I know what you mean. On my Kindle I try to keep only around 100 books at the same time so I can find the books easily. I also put them in groups so it's even easier to find what I'm looking for.
I just meant don't delete them completely; keep a backup on your computer. I have over 10,000 books on my computer...

I have a back-up on my computer, but to be honest I'm too lazy to update it, that's why I have put them all on my Kobo *blush*

Liat, I agree with you, but my case is a bit different... It was an ereader or not reading at all anymore, so the choise was easy :)

As long as you don't actually spray it at the Kobo. Electronics and liquids aren't the best combination.

And thanks for the great tip! Just made a bookshelf on my Kobo, now I have to figure out which books I shall and to my top priority list... prefarably not all 1881 and less then a 100!

I've read it, and while I enjoyed it I remember really disliking the ending.

Read part II and III of The Refiners Fire Trilogie. If you love the story of 'Gone with the wind' and 'North and South', these are 3 books you should defintely read!

I'm reading Pride and Prejudice! After watching the Lizzie Bennet Diaries I finally started reading this book, which has been on my "to read before I die" list since I was maybe 10!

I'm reading Clockwork Angel right now and loving every single bit!

Reading a nonfiction book called The Selfish Gene. It is about the biology of altruism and selfishness and how genes play a role in that. I've read about 40% and it's pretty interesting.
It's been a while since I read nonfiction and actually learned some stuff instead of wasting brain cells on vampires and such...
I'm probably going to start Cloud Atlas and The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time.

We have some matters to discuss!

1. First, good luck with Pride and Prejudice. I wish I were brave enough to tackle classics again. Although, if you end up recommending it then I might give it a try :)

2. Are there going to be monthly reads this month?
I think we should take a month off and declare May a "read whatever you want month". I haven't even read the Funny Fat Friend book yet. April went horribly for me - only read 6(!) books. Was stuck on one book for over two weeks. Only finished it yesterday, so I haven't read anything in May yet :(

3. Where have you been???
I was trying to guess because you hinted that it was something positive but I couldn't think of anything.
I need to read more mystery books.
Anyway, please reveal everything :)

1. So far I'm really enjoying Pride and Prejudice, though it's by no means an easy read for me, who as you know isn't a native English speaker. I find I often have to stop and figure out words from their context. But that's okay, it only means my reading is slower :)

2. Umm... well, I don't think there're going to be monthly reads. I'm just too busy to put them, that's all xD Landed back in Israel from a five days trip to London yesterday (so that's where I've been!!! There's a lot more story behind it, and if you want we can discuss in private messages :>), and now I have lots of school to catch up on, not to mention numerous projects. So, take this month to read whatever you want to read!

I've only read one book in may so far, due to said vacation ;)

Currently reading The Hunger Games. I started it a while back, but could not finish it. My mission now is to finish book 1 & 2 before the second movie comes out
