Hi there,
can someone please organise my book series for me. despite the first book in the series, Darkness & Light, being edited from 'A Holloway Pack Story' (series title) to 'Holloway Pack', it's still showing up as the original series title.
Also the latest additions to the series: Resonance and Caged aren't showing up as part of the series when you go to the series' page.
And also, on my profile page, all books are listed as my titles, but I have absolutely nothing showing up for 'series by J.A. Belfield', which I've noticed is on the profiles of other authors with series' listed.

Nope, definitely can't figure out a way to do it. It gives the option to combine editions, but it doesn't have any links to click that will allow creating a series from books already added, and I can't alter the series name for darkness & light.

Ok, I'm seeing Resonance and Caged in the listing. There is also a Fated Encounter. Should that be there? never mind: I see on your website it's a series mini. Can you verify the numbers for the series? I'm wondering if some of the trouble you're having with it appearing on your page isn't because the series numbers are starting with "0" instead of "1" (something similar happened with a series starting with .5).

We had another instance of an author's series not showing on their profile page and Rivka refreshed the cache or something of that sort to get it to appear. She may have to do the same with yours.

ETA: I'm also not seeing any instance of "A Holloway Pack Story" so I'm thinking your earlier troubles had to do with the page cache - it sometimes can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 72 hours to update, depending on what changes are made and where.

Okay, here's the list of the series in order:

Instinct (Holloway Pack, 0)
Eternal (Holloway Pack, 0.5)

Both of those are listed as pre-#1 as they're prequels. Then we have:

Darkness & Light (Holloway Pack, 1)
Into the Unknown (an anthology which contains Holloway Pack, 1.5)
Blue Moon (Holloway Pack, 2)
Resonance (Holloway Pack, 2.5)<Caged (Holloway Pack, 3)

Fated Encounter hasn't been allocated a number placement in the series as it's a complimentary supplement to Darkness & Light.

And on the time lapse for updating? It was updated months ago, so would that still be a cache problem (no idea what that means thanks to being a techno-moron).

Authors don't have librarian access to series pages; you have to be a full librarian for that.

(Only the primary books with covers show in the small view here, which is why you're only seeing books 1 and 2.)

Is the series name supposed to be "Holloway Pack" or "A Holloway Pack Story"? What you see on the book page for a book in a series is not the same as what you see when you're editing the book: the display on the page actually replaces parentheses with the name of the series as set on the series page.

Holloway Pack is correct. When only Darkness & Light was out, it got subtitled as A Holloway Pack Story, but I asked my editor if we could change it as I thought it too long, and they agreed. So Holloway Pack is the correct series title.
