Why Can't Damon just leave Elena alone!

why can't there be on vampire book that doesnt have a love triangle in it! Elena knows that its always gonna be Stefan so why can't she just get over Damon! i dont get it! I mean in my opinion Stefan is hotter and caring.

Cant disagree more, Damon is sexy, badass, protective and, best of all, he's fecking hilarious, but i agree he shouldnt be with Elena, she is a whiny bitch by this point in the series, she really is starting to annoy me. Let Stefen have her i say, but i still think Stefen deserves better, they both do, they both need to find someone who WONT FALL IN LOVE WITH THEIR BROTHER!, i have a feeling this could help the brothers relationship, i have never been into teams with this series but if i had to choose one it would be Team Salvatore all the effing way ;) xxx
