Computer Learning Month - Read an ebook. - Read Wicked Eddies on my Kindle. 10/11
Oct 11 - Take Your Teddy Bear to Work Day and
Oct 28 - Plush Animal Lover's Day - Read a book with a stuffed animal mentioned in it, part of the plot, on the cover, or in the title. Cockatiels at Seven

Oct 13 - International Skeptics Day - Give a book another try. Try to finish a book you put down and didn't finish, or give an author another try if you didn't like one of their previous works.
Oct 27 - National Tell a Story Day (in Scotland and the U.K.) - Read a book that has been recommended to you or that is popular and being talked about a lot.

Computer Learning Month - Read an ebook. There are many sites where you can get some ebook novella's free, or older books out of copyright. Authors sometimes give away a short ebook novella on their official websites. Library's are now offering ebooks that you can check out and download to your ereaders for two weeks. If you don't have an ereader, you can read ebooks on your computer. (I know not everyone will be able to do this one, but it's good to try new things now and then.)

Thanks
Yep, I was combining both holidays as they both involved plush stuffed animals. You only need to read one book, but FYI you now know about two more odd, bizare and wacky holidays. lol

I love reading ebooks!!!!! I follow the Pixel of Ink website and have downloaded several free books. I chose to start with: Dead Pan

Thanks for the reminder. It's a feature on the cover of her earlier books. I'm reading ghost themes and/or Halloween cozies this month and have some early Aunt Dimity's. The one I'm reading has both a pink bunny and a teddy bear on the cover.

Yes, the first run of Aunt Dimity covers had reginald, her pink bunny,on the cover somewhere. My boys loved looking for it as it wasn't always obvious where it was. I actuall prefer those covers over the newer ones but the publisher was trying to appeal to a new audience. And yes, Nancy Atherton wrote all the Aunt Dimity books. There is a recipe in each book. Family's favorite so far is Beth's Oatmeal Cookies which I think is in the first book, although all the recipes are available on the author's website.

5/5 Done Yay!
1. Breast Cancer Awareness:

I had a stuffed animal book in the pile, but just did not get to it. Better luck next month? I just looked at the challenges, and should be able to do at least three no problem.
