Lasse | 5 comments Thank you, I just had to buy that bundle.

message 3: by Kaila (new)

Kaila (areyoustillthere) Came here to post this! It is an amazing deal AND some of the proceeds go to charity. It's one of those "pay what you want" deals. Definitely worth it.

Kathryn Weis | 52 comments 8 books for $12 min. AND DRM free.

Weenie | 99 comments What a brilliant deal! Has anyone outside of the US purchased these successfully and without any issues?

Saretta (hex53617261) | 5 comments I'm from Italy and I purchased successfully this (and the two previous indie games) bundle.

No issues, the payment is via paypal or via amazon or google.
Once done the payment you will receive in your email a link to download the ebooks (the link does not expire).

The ebooks can be downloaded in three formats: pdf, mobi and epub.

Weenie | 99 comments Thanks for the confirmation Saretta - I'll buy the bundle when I get home!

Tad (tottman) | 159 comments I picked up the bundle too. Great idea.

message 9: by Evilynn (new)

Evilynn | 331 comments Wow, there's some great books in there! I own paper versions of Signal To Noise (not sure how that one works in e-book format, it's a GN) and Zoo City, but I might pick up the bundle anyway. :)

message 10: by Kim (new)

Kim | 1499 comments I caved in and bought it. I already have Old Man's War but I wanted the rest.

message 12: by Evilynn (new)

Evilynn | 331 comments I caved in an bought it as well. If nothing else I really like the Humble Bundle approach and hope there'll be more e-book bundles in the future, so I reckoned I should put my money where my mouth is.

message 13: by Weenie (new)

Weenie | 99 comments Yeah, I've bought it - I've read Old Man's War but didn't have the ebook. Look forward to seeing more in the future.

message 14: by Kim (new)

Kim | 1499 comments The Humble Bundle has been updated! For those who now buy for more than the average (and those who previously have as well) there are now 5 extra books. All are webcomic collections:
xkcd: volume 0
Save Yourself, Mammal!: A Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal Collection
The Most Dangerous Game: A Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal Collection
Penny Arcade Volume 1: Attack of the Bacon Robots
Penny Arcade Volume 2: Epic Legends Of The Magic Sword Kings

Weenie | 99 comments Will look great when I get my Fire HD!

message 16: by Brenda (new)

Brenda Clough (brendaclough) | 964 comments One of the groups that benefits from the proceeds is the Science Fiction Writers of America. John Scalzi (OLD MAN'S WAR) is the president of the group.

Can't believe I took this long to buy this bundle. Also encouraged my friends at work who like SF to go buy it too. When I told one the average price was $13 for the whole bundle, not each book, his eyes lit up

message 18: by Se71 (new)

Se71 Price up to $13.75 - but still worth it :)

message 19: by Greyweather (new)

Greyweather | 231 comments Went in for $25 and told them to give it all to Child's Play.

message 20: by Weenie (new)

Weenie | 99 comments Another bundle of books worth looking at:

message 21: by [deleted user] (new)

Storybundle.com is doing a similar deal ATM

message 22: by Tad (new)

Tad (tottman) | 159 comments I picked up both bundles. What a great bunch of books!

message 23: by [deleted user] (new)

I have about 130 unread books on my kindle already but will definitely pick both deals up this week as they look interesting

message 24: by Evilynn (new)

Evilynn | 331 comments Despite not reading the first Humble Bundle, and despite having read some of the works in this Bundle, I still picked it up. It's such a great idea and it's a lot cheaper than buying them individually.
