SciFi and Fantasy eBook Club discussion

Seem to have found a 'new' author, via my usual route, free download for first book, which was The Eden Plague Good, short for a novel but an interesting premise, entertaining read and looked like it might be going in an interesting direction.

Just finished the second The Demon Plagues which did take it in an interesting direction (alien incursion) and much more developed. Good character development, fast action sequences. He also managed to leave several major plot elements unresolved to continue the storyline but closed enough plot elements that he didn't trigger my very strong aversion to 'cliffhanger' endings. That takes some talent ...

At this point the third book, scheduled to come out this winter, is on my rather short 'auto-buy' list.
