Becca (Becca_Canote) | 101 comments Today we show you just why the audio podcast is different and more REAL than anything else you listen to. Then we calm down, sober up, time travel, and have a fascinating interview with G. Willow Wilson. Turns out, she is awesome. Find out why!

Kris (kvolk) Michael I like both myself...learned a lot about authors I don't know and more of authors I do know....This was great interview as I didn't know any of Willow Wilson's work.

Great Podcast, as usual. You always seem more free-spirited on them. Not sure if that's the "What are we drinking section" or the lack of YouTube oversight.

Somehow Alif the Unseen ended up on my to read list awhile ago(I blame someone in this group, I just don't remember who).

This interview bumped that book higher up on my to read list. Sadly with all the books I have already, it may not be till February or March of next year though...

So you didn't fast forward that part then?

Tamahome | 7223 comments Nah.

According to Brian K. Vaughan on the DC Comics podcast, Neil Gaiman gave this advice:

"Get yourself published. Nothing will terrify you into writing better than the knowledge that many strangers will see your work."

Derek (ridgehiker) | 10 comments Regarding the Tom Bombadil hate, this blog post made me look at him in a whole new way.

I was always impartial to him, myself, but this may have scared me into liking him. This is an old blog post, so sorry if you've already seen it, and it does really on some... stretches of the imagination and assumptions. But still the best interpretation of Tom I've ever read.

D. H. | 100 comments I wouldn't say that I'm a fan of author interviews, but sometimes they're interesting. I was impressed with G. Willow Wilson. She had me at "the G is silent." I think I might just check out Alief the Unseen.
