Thank you for the order :D. I don't have anything at all to do with pricing Bridget. Silver sets their prices by word count. I think all of their short stories are $1.99.

That One Thing is about 6000 words so I feel it is a fair price. I can't wait for you to read it.

Diane what is the word count on the latest Jared/Alex novel that's due out in January?

Bridget the current word count on If the Stars Fall is a bit over 49,000 but it's currently in editing and I'm getting ready to add at least one scene so I think it's safe to say it will be over 50,000 words. This is quite a big longer than the previous books, those all came in under 30,000.

The larger word count will make a difference in price, but hopefully the extended length will more than make up for it :D

YEA! Just pre-ordered. I'm so glad we get a story before January. Not that I'm complaining at all :) Thanks for all you do to keep us informed Diane.

oh don't worry Diane--I'm thrilled with the higher word count even if translates to a higher price ebook. That gives me even more Jared & Alex deliciousness to savor. I'll be praying that the last book to this series will top 100,000 words. Let me know where to send the vitamins, alcohol and/or chocolate to, if that'll help turn my dream into a reality! ;-D

and now Silver has cut back the short anthologies to 1 a month o.O I'm debating if I should change X&J over to a blog story and do something else for the Silver Shorts.

Uh oh. Did anyone else notice that the blurb for That One Thing on the Silver website has a pretty ugly spelling mistake? "he's no longer shure how the pieces of his life"....

Oh Thanks, I thought I told them about that but I'll do so again to try and get it down. The edited blurb should be done along with the finished manuscrpt at anytime.

Thank you Vlad, I'm glad you liked my rambling and the excerpt. My beta said the short is the perfect mix of Sex and not sex and is 100% Jared and Alex :D (btw, you know Clark had to pop in too)
